Set Up: You must set up your booth on Sunday, August 12, 2007 - 7:00 AM -10:30 AM.

and the time in which you will be setting up. We will contact you if there is any problem.

Unloading Procedure: BrideShow workers will be supplied to help you unload. Once the workers have helped you unload your vehicle, one person from your party must move your vehicle immediately.
BrideShow workers will also help deliver your goods directly to your
booth. This should eliminate some congestion in the loading dock area.
The loading dock is on 5th Avenue - Go past Chatham Center Garage, and
just past Chatham Market and Deli, on the right is a ramp up to the
dock. If you have smaller loads that you can carry yourself, you may
park underneath the Marriott in the Chatham Center Garage and carry
things up to the second floor on the elevator.

Booth:
Provided for your booth will be pipe and drape (blue & white),
tables, table cloths, chairs and a professionally created sign (please
see Sign). There is an extra charge for electricity ($35) that must be paid directly to the Marriott. Please: No pins or staples in the pipe and drape. We have upgraded our drape service and want to keep them in great condition.

Table Skirt: A table skirt is required for the front table of your booth.
You must bring your own. If you do not have one, you can purchase it
though BrideShow Inc. The cost is $40 for a fitted table drape that
covers the whole table, and is yours to keep. Please call us if you
need a table skirt-we have some in stock . (Note: The Marriott will
supply us with table linens. You may use table linens to cover your
booth as long as nothing shows underneath your talbe.

Sign:
Signs will be on white corrugated plastic with burgundy lettering.
Please help us keep your booth cost down by leaving the signs and name
tags in the booth after the show. We will collect and use them again.
If you wish, you can purchase the sign for $20.00.

|
Electricity:
Standard electricity can be purchased through the BrideShow for $35.00.
A Standard current is 110 volt, 60 cycle alternating current. If you
need to plug in more than one item, BRING YOUR OWN 3-6 PLUG ADAPTER. If
you require more power than this, there will be an additional charge.
PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: BRIDESHOW INC. - WITH
A NOTE FOR ELECTRICITY ON THE MEMO LINE. ALL CHECKS MUST BE SENT
DIRECTLY TO: CAVANAUGH'S WEDDING PLANNER, 1120 MCLAUGHLIN RUN ROAD,
BRIDGEVILLE, PA 15017.

Workers: All of your booth workers must arrive by 10:30 AM on show day (Sunday) or they will need a ticket to get in. If you have workers arriving later than 10:30 am, please notify us so we can put their names on our list of workers. IF WE DO NOT HAVE THEIR NAMES, THEY WILL NEED A TICKET TO GET IN!!

Mailing List:
The mailing list will be available on-line approximately 4-7 days after
the show. Labels and or a CD-Rom can be purchased for $30.00 if ordered
before the show, and $50.00 after the show. All label orders must be
prepaid. Please let us know if you want the labels sorted by wedding date or zip code.

|
Tear Down: Tear down is at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Exhibitors are required to remain set up until this time.
EXHIBITORS WHO TEAR DOWN EARLY
WILL HAVE TO PAY A $100.00 DEPOSIT FOR FUTURE SHOWS AND THE MAILING
LIST WILL BE DELAYED FOR 4 WEEKS. NO CARTS OR DOLLIES WILL BE ALLOWED
ON FLOOR BEFORE 5:00.

Parking: You
can park at Mellon Arena Parking Lot for $5 all day or $8 all day in
the Chatham Center Garage (Underneath the Marriott) with a discounted
parking pass available the day of the show at the registration desk.
|
|
|
Food: The Marriott will have food and beverage service set up for lunchtime.
|
|
|
Tickets: Tickets are $4.50 in advance on-line. Plenty of tickets will be available at the door for $7.00 the day of the show.

PLEASE NOTE:
For your protection, all contract provisions will be strictly enforced.
We ask that you pay particular attention to Term 7. If you wish to
promote any other business or advertiser in your booth in any way, you must receive written permission prior to the show.
