My Bridal Suite

BideShow prides itself on bringing together the Triangle’s leading bridal professionals for you at our shows. We are now excited to bring you a collection of tools to make the planning and management of your big event easier. In The Bridal Suite you will find:

• The Budgeter - The Budgeter will allow you to enter an overall budget for your wedding and based on Local Averages give you a budget for up to 33 different categories. If you are over or under budget in any area that amount carries over to the total so you will be able to make adjustments elsewhere as needed to stick to your overall budget. You can also track deposit amounts and amounts due.

• The Budget Report - The report is a printable page displaying where you stand in each of the budget items.

• Vendors At A Glance - This report brings the vendor information you have entered in the Budgeter into one report. Print the page and place it in your Cavanaugh's Wedding Planner for quick and easy reference.

• The Planning Checklist - The checklist aids you in developing a timeline to track that seemingly endless list of tasks in front of you.

• Update Wedding Data - Here is where you can make changes to your personal data. Finally nailed down that wedding date? Phone number or email changed? This is the place for your updates

• Update Vendor Contact Categories - After booking a vendor, select Update Vendor Contact Categories and deselect that vendor category and you will no longer receive information from vendors in that category.

• The Guest List Manager - This tool will allow you to create your guest list, assign table numbers, track wedding gifts received, and thank you notes sent. You will be able to create and print a number of reports detailing guest lists for bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, address lists for the lucky person who gets to address all those invitations!… you name it.

• Guest Reports - Print any of our 17 reports to manage your guest lists.

• Wedding Planner Documents - Get reprints of pages for your Cavanaugh's Wedding Planner.

• Getting A Wedding Organizer - Pre-registered brides receive a copy of the Cavanaugh's Wedding Planner at the wedding show they registered for.

As you work your way through the planning process, print out these items and store them in your Cavanaugh's Wedding Planner so they will always be handy. Take them to your vendor meetings and you will never be at a loss for the information you need to make your wedding planning stress free. Please bear in mind that we can not guarantee your data and have included a download of your guest list so you can back up your work. We recommend that you keep printouts of the budget report as you change the data.
